I've had my older Mercedes serviced at MB of Hagerstown for the last two years (since moving to the area) and have always been impressed by their professionalism and service. So when we decided to trade it in for an SUV we remembered Mike, who had worked with us a couple years earlier, and he was right on top of things, finding us the SUV that we were looking for. Mike and Rob both stayed late to take care of our sale on a Saturday night (as well as Austin and Barry) so we could take our vehicle home that night. I was not looking to change my vehicle as the lease did not expire until April 2013. I was contacted by Barry London who explained there were some good opportunities with the end of year Sales event to get not expire until April 2013. I was contacted by Barry London who explained there were some good opportunities with the end of year Sales event to get into a new vehicle with a two year lease and then acquire a 2014 S Class at the end of 2014. Visited the dealership discussed the possibilities they were back to me within 24 hours having located a vehicle they thought I might be interested in. The vehicle was delivered to the dealership looked it over, liked it, completed the paperwork there with no hassle and very smootly executed. Barry London had to be excused to honor a commitment he had made to another Customer but Mike Lavrenchick stepped in and very professionally completed all of the transfer and explanation of the minor differences to my current model. Some sales people are knowledgeable and some are friendly and genuinely nice, but very, very seldon all three. Wes was, even though this was a previously owned BMW and not a Benz.
