This is the very first time ever to leave a review online for a service i received, i have no other way to recognize the team other than doing it this way. I would like to express my appreciation to the Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchel KY Team. I was looking for a car and contacted many dealerships, i reached out online to Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchel, Tyler Grefer picked up my request and went above and beyond to help me. Tyler was very genuine and very willing to help, he went over my questions in detail and very quick in responding to my messages. Even though i wasn't at the dealership and haven't seen the car that i am interested in, Tyler sent me pictures of the vehicle and made sure that i understand the ins and outs of the financing process and the application process. Tyler is very knowledgeable and i made the decision to purchase the car because i felt it was the right thing to do and felt comfortable dealing with Tyler over the phone. After the purchase was complete, the team introduced me to Zac Hemsath who is the product specialist, Zac was very knowledgeable and made sure i understand how the vehicle operate and went over internal options, systems and how things work with me. On the other hand Patrick in finance went over papers and contracts in detail to make sure i understand what i am signing for, Patrick was able to get me a very competitive interest rate that met and exceeded my expectation without me asking for it. Very Genuine team and they put their customers first, unlike many other dealers that focus on the selling price and sell cars for a price that is higher than the sticker price. The team is very knowledgeable and their prices with all honesty better than many other dealers in our KY/OH Region and they don't loose customers over the price. over the last year and a half we have worked with "Sprinter Dan" to buy 4 different vehicles. We even use them for all of our maintenance needs as their service department is top notch. they have been honest and upfront with us about the services we needed as well as one time said you are still not due for service yet so we do not want to take your money and perform service that is not due yet. We worked with Dan Tilley and couldn't have had a better experience! We had a relatively urgent need to seat more than a minivan could hold and on a whim, called Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell. They had a Sprinter that would work and were patient with us for about a week while we got the financing finalized. The vehicle had a leak the very first weekend after purchasing and they made good on the offer to come pick it up to have it repaired. It felt like we were in the currently crazy housing market in trying to find a vehicle, but Dan made the effort more than tolerable. I expect us to send any business we can their way. More
