I purchased a low-mileage 2014 CPO ML350 (literally like new!) from MB of Fort Mitchel and traded in a similar 2009 model. My sales rep, Frank Winstel, did an superbly outstanding job working with me throughout the entire process, from my very first call to MBFM, right through to long distance shipment and delivery of my vehicle. This is my 8th Mercedes Benz purchase and 4th dealership, and it was by far the best buyer experience I've had anywhere; even surpassed in-person purchases as far as ease of making the deal and the communication and support provided by my salesman. I never even travelled to MBFM; I live 7 hours away, but I felt as if I were their most important customer. Next time I have to replace one of my cars, MBFM will be my very first stop online or over the phone directly to Frank. More

First Rate Experience All the Way! From the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by the customer concierge, my MB buying experience was nothing short of amazing. I was qu From the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by the customer concierge, my MB buying experience was nothing short of amazing. I was quickly introduced to Brian Murphy (sales consultant), who listened carefully to my vague description of what I was looking for... and then found it for me! Unlike virtually every other dealership I've ever visited, there was no "hard sell", no push to up-sell, etc. Brian was a gentleman throughout the entire process and went out of his way to make sure I was fully informed about every single detail. As a side note - while I was there, Brian was also occasionally fielding calls to help out a previous customer, an elderly gentleman who was having problems contacting his insurance agent. I was impressed with his willingness to help someone beyond the scope of his job. I only hope that when I'm in my 80's and having trouble, someone like Brian will go out of his way to help me. From the customer concierge, to Brian Murphy the sales consultant, to the sales manager, the general manager (who stopped in to introduce himself) and on through to the financial manager and the product specialist (who taught me how to use the many amazing features on my new vehicle), my experience at MB of Ft.
