So exceptional...I bought three in one year! I became interested in Mercedes Benz in 2015 after nearly 50 years of domestic and then foreign autos. Friends raved about the customer service of Mercedes Benz of Fort Mitchell in Northern Ky and I checked their inventory online. I called and spoke with Mike Ryba and then responded to meet him at MB of FM. From the moment I entered the dealership I was treated with courtesy and respect, something lacking in all other dealerships. Within 24 hours I bought my first Mercedes from Mike Ryba. Before leaving I also worked closely with not only Mike Ryba but also Don Paparella and Todd Morgan in Finance. I was introduced to the Service Manager and the I T expert Eric who helped program my vehicle for i phone, etc. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I have been with the initial contact at MB of FM and the ongoing, after the sale, customer service. I had technical questions re Mercedes and I was introduced to the Lead Mechanic whom spoke with me for at least an hour answering all my questions. Mike Ryba is also THE AMG Specialist for MB of FM and as such was exceptionally knowledgeable of the Mercedes line. I was so happy I have recommended the dealership and the personnel to others AND, bought two more vehicles from Mike Ryba and the staff of MB of FM in April 2016. Everyone at MB of FM is dedicated to customer service, before , and most importantly, after the sale. And again, I cannot possibly express what a joy it is to deal with people that sincerely treat you with respect. I also found the owner, Mr. Moreno, to be an exceptionally patriotic individual.
