Previously I went to Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati (on Montgomery Road). The salesman there was less than enthusiastic, and never followed up with what I was looking for. However, Ken at Fort Mitchell was fantastic! He worked so hard to find the right Benz I was looking for. He had a heart-felt desire to deliver the car and service I expected. Being in sales and sales management myself for over 30 years, I have high expectations and standards for sales people I work with. Ken was patient and attentive to my expectations with my car search and its delivery. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to buy a Mercedes-Benz. The entire staff was very nice as well. He is very professional, answer email almost immediately, return phone call in short time and answer all your questions , he gave us an outstanding customer service. He FedEx us all the paper works as my husband can not go to the dealer to sign, the process was very easy and clear. We live 3 hours away from Fort Mitchell, 3 miles before to arrive, I got a flat tired, I call Gus and explain my incident, he came immediately pick me up and the mechanical change the tire (sorry I forgot his name, but he is too a very professional and know how to give a great service) , I dont have words to express how thankful I am with them, and they dont want to charge me nothing for this incident. Historically, when I buy vehicles, I typically feel I negotiate a “good” deal. It’s when I get to the Business Manager/Finance stage that I walk away with a feeling of being pressured. They try to rush you through buying a bunch of overpriced add on “stuff.” Todd Morgan was the best I have ever worked with. He did his job and informed me of my options, however, he did it without pressure and with honesty and integrity. I walked away with piece of mind of I obtained what made since and nothing else. I truly believe he is far more ethical than anyone I have ever worked with in his position. After getting nowhere with I had a very good buying experience with Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell and in particular with my salesperson Nate Lenhoff. After getting nowhere with my local MB dealer I called MB of Fort Mitchell (an hour drive from me) and was lucky enough to get Nate. He answered all of my questions about the SLC300 vs SLC43 and sounded like someone I wanted to do business with. We setup an appointment for the next day to go over the car. Nate arranged a couple of test drives, went over the car in great detail and then we sat down to "talk." My buying experience was very professional without all of the usual drama associated with buying a car. In a short period of time we arrived at a fair deal on the car and on my trade-in. The dealership had to locate the car and Nate stayed in communication with me until it arrived. He maintained ownership of our relationship until delivery and has stayed in touch with me after to assure my satisfaction. I would highly recommend both the dealership, and Nate Lenhoff to anyone considering a Mercedes. More
