Ken listened to my tale of sore knees and wanting to be able to pop in and out of the vehicle--he got it! After looking at several models I chose the GLA-250. Since the new models were about to come out he made it possible for me to get a 2018--it was fun to hunt for a car and mine came from Naperville. It was there in 3 days and they did this unveiling scenario that made me laugh.The car is wonderful and getting to know and work with Ken was just an added bonus. He will be our "car" guy. More

Frank Winstel, Jr (our salesperson) was very patient with me as I had a hard time making a decision on what I wanted. We're talking months of indecision. He never pressured me. When it came time to negotiate on a price, I was pleasantly surprised that the ingoing price was very reasonable when I consulted trucar and cargurus. This made for a very easy car buying experience. Then when I finally made the decision to do it, they were able to get all the paperwork prepared and signed in 30 minutes. The dealership is also beautiful with tons of amenities like free car washes for life, Servati donuts and soon a nail salon. More

I've been looking for a GL and stopped in and spoke with Mike Griese. They did not have what I was looking for in a pre owned model. I told Mike exactly what I was interested in and he assured me that he would be able to locate what I wanted. Mike found exactly what I was looking for a short time later and called me to let me know. The car was at another Bernie Moreno dealership in Northern Ohio and it arrived the next day. The buying process was very smooth and fast. Mike has knowledge of all things Mercedes and is experienced, professional and courteous. Paul K was great and took care of my financing and answered any questions I had. Pat Allosso went over my paperwork and warranty and was a pleasure talking to. The dealership is second to none. Everyone I encountered there was friendly and helpful even without me being their customer and that is rare at any other dealership. The showroom is open and has a great mix of all models. The service area is on a whole different level and resembles a second showroom instead of a work area. We really appreciate the perks and things offered for purchasing from MBFM.
