Having visited multiple dealerships previously, I was not sure what to expect but there was no comparison as to how I was treated by salesmen, Frank Winstel and Ben Harwood. They could not have made me feel more comfortable during the process of test driving and purchasing the vehicle. They worked as a team and communicated effectively throughout the process. Ben spent some extra time showing the car to my husband, leaving a positive impression and Frank accompanied me on my test drive. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle model. Both men went the extra mile by personally driving to our home to present the paperwork and the car (due to my husband having surgery and being unable to travel to the dealership). This personal service was unexpected and made us feel like valued customers. Ben had prepared the paperwork ahead of time and made the process seamless. After the purchase, Frank took extra time to give me a personal training session with the vehicle to introduce features I was unfamiliar with. He even stayed later than scheduled to make sure I was comfortable and had all the information I needed.
