Terrible place!! We were told they would hold a car and have it checked out by the service department and we could purchase it the next day. They sold it first thing that morning. I live in NY and Florida, not Kentucky, and this is the second car that I have purchased from Fort Mitchell in the past year. Jeremy Agbomi and Brandon Bayer (the general sales manager) have been an absolu second car that I have purchased from Fort Mitchell in the past year. Jeremy Agbomi and Brandon Bayer (the general sales manager) have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Jeremy and Brandon are always accessible via phone, text or email. Jeremy and Brandon provide the best sales experience I have ever had when buying a new or used car. They both work with you and not against you. They are as excited about the car you are purchasing as you are. They know their vehicles and are fabulous with respect to advice regarding options etc. Never a hard sell or pushy. Since I live in NY and Fla I did not have the opportunity to inspect either of the two cars before taking delivery (one delivered to NY the other to Florida). Everything we agreed to, every detail was exactly as promised. Maybe this isn’t as important with the purchase of a brand new car but one of the cars I purchased was used, a CPO’d vehicle. When I received delivery of the CPO’d vehicle the car was perfect. Every detail was covered and attended to. It was so meticulously detailed and prepped I felt like I had purchased a car that had just rolled out of the factory. After my experience with Jeremy and Brandon and the purchase of two very high end AMG Mercedes I would be hard pressed not to buy another Mercedes and definitely from no dealership other than Fort Mitchell Mercedes. I’ve been car shopping a while and couldn’t find just want I wanted, as I’m picky, like my “extras” and wanted to be right in a certain price range. That’s when my boyfriend said, “have you thought about want I wanted, as I’m picky, like my “extras” and wanted to be right in a certain price range. That’s when my boyfriend said, “have you thought about looking at a MB, some of the used ones are right in your price range”. I have to say I was super apprehensive, but he told me “we’re going to MB Fort Mitchell”. When we got there the cars looked super fancy and I was filled with anxiety. I grew up in West Chester, Ohio, but my family really never had money. I did however, make something of myself and overcame my low-income past. I graduated from Miami University and became a corporate Accountant. With that said, I still felt like the dealership personnel would look at me like I was insane for coming in there thinking I could get a car in my price range. However, they made all my dreams come true. I’m the proud owner of a (very slightly used) fully loaded - 2017 MB C300 – yes, it’s a C-Class, but it’s my first Mercedes and only a couple days in, I’m a MB driver for LIFE! This car is so pretty and drives so well. Plus, it has all the features I could ever want. Our sales man was Craig Cliff, he was very sweet and patient with me. Being an accountant, I ask a lot of questions. He even called the next day after I already purchased the car to just check in. I didn’t actually receive the call, as I missed it, but he left a very nice voicemail message. Not to mention the reveal they did, I’m pretty shy, but it absolutely made me feel special and even happier with my purchase! After I bought the car, they had a guy go through all the car’s features with me and he setup everything on the car just the way I wanted. He also gave me a card and offered to help walk me through anything I would need after I left. That’s outstanding customer service! Overall, I felt like even though I was probably a “low end sale” they treated me just as if I were one of their top customers. I highly recommend MBFM and I am absolutely a customer for life! Thank you MBFM! Oh and did I mention that they got me approved (with less than perfect credit) at a rate no other dealership was able to. Seriously, why buy anywhere else?! More

This Was our "Best Car Buying Experience Ever"... We want to thank - "Don Paparella & Fernando Ascencio" for the "beyond wonderful experience" we had picking up our new Mercedes E53 AMG. We first want to say "this dealership truly knows how to deliver a vehicle to their customers and make it an AMAZING EXPERIENCE". This is our second Mercedes purchase but the first at this dealership. We bought this car to celebrate my wife's retirement of 42 years. Don & Fernando had the vehicle all polished & shined up under a red sparkly cover with a big red ribbon in the show room to unveil for my wife and they took pictures of the unveiling experience. She was so EXCITED but my wife and I were also excited to see how truly excited Don & Fernando and other dealership people that gathered around the vehicle were to see my wife's reaction to seeing her new Mercedes for the first time. We live in Wisconsin and drove over 445 miles to Fort Mitchell, Kentucky to pick up the vehicle - it was well worth the drive on so many levels. This dealership is by far second to none - we were shocked when we pulled into the lot and saw the size of this dealership, and the HUGE inventory of vehicles they have and how beautiful the dealership is inside & outside. Don, thank you so much for putting us into Fernando's hands to handle the sale of our new Mercedes. He was a truly a pleasure to deal with both as the deal was being put together and when we came down to pick up the car - he was so professional, friendly, detailed and the same as you his goal was to make this the best buying best experience he could provide for us. He had everything ready for us when we got there and we were greeted at the door by him. He gave us his cell number to call anytime we have questions and or need his help for anything. We were also very impressed with Noah Smith and his knowledge and enthusiasm about the Mercedes AMG products. We could tell he loves working for this dealership, loves his job and is proud to represent this dealership and the Mercedes AMG products. He took all the time we needed to explain in detail how to properly use the features on the vehicle and gave us his cell number to call if we had any questions "day or night". We did have questions for him and he promptly returned the call and answered all of our questions. We also want to comment on the customer lounge with beverages, pastries and even nail technicians for the ladies, and their Mercedes store where my wife did some shopping for Mercedes apparel while we were there. We just wish we lived closed to this dealership to take advantage of all they have to offer. Don told my wife buying a new Mercedes should always be an "AMAZING EXPERIENCE" - and Don and Fernando delivered that experience to us before and after the sale. This was by far the best buying experience for a new vehicle we have ever had and we will definitely be back to buy future Mercedes Benz vehicles from Don & Fernando in Fort Mitchell. We've told many people about this dealership and our excellent experience - I'm sure they will see more business from our friends & family in Wisconsin and the Chicago area as a result of our purchase. The Mercedes Dealership in Fort Mitchell could really teach our Mercedes dealerships in WI and Chicago how to really provide customer service & satisfaction when purchasing a Mercedes Benz.
