This purchase has been a total mess. Purchased a Defender 110 from out of state. Wired money, could not get Irene on phone to confirm funds had been delivered. Finally after 4 days of calling got a hold of a manager and received confirmation funds had arrived. Car was shipped a week before agreed upon delivery date. Dealership did not contacted me letting me know the car was being shipped. Vehicle was sent without proper paperwork to title car. Spoke with Marko who had no idea the car had been shipped. Marko (DMV Clerk) was starting DMV paperwork 3 days after car had been shipped. Promised to overnight docs I needed to register car. Have not received them, we are past promised doc deliver date. No one picks up their phone, every VM is full. Complete disappointment and disaster. More

Time for brakes. Work completed and I drove it home and brakes felt soft, even squishy. Called Victoria, returned for a double check. Two service techs inspected & test drove to verify. No leaks or oddities found by them. They took my concern seriously inspected then videoed the inspection, sent it to me and declared it safe to drive. Transparent honesty in the service department is where I want to buy my next Mercedes. Cut no corners, tell me the truth to the best of your ability. Thank you Victoria and service team! More

I brought my vehicle in for scheduled service and a recall. I had requested a loaner car and arrived at the appointed time to find there was no loaner available. Since I cannot use a car service (Lyf recall. I had requested a loaner car and arrived at the appointed time to find there was no loaner available. Since I cannot use a car service (Lyft or Uber) since I cannot usually get a return car from my residence, I had to return later to obtain a loaner. I received a call from my service adviser and finally was able to leave the car for service on the 2nd attempt. Day 2--I received a text from my service adviser advising me that she was not working. I was advised that the service work was complete but the recall work required parts that were in LA and ordered. Parts should be in tomorrow. Day 3--I received notification that the recall parts were back-ordered and there was no estimate of delivery. My car was ready for pick up and the recall item would have to be done at a undetermined later date. It was too late to return to the dealership on day 3 but would return day 4. Day 4--I returned in the AM and spoke with my service adviser. She was unable to estimate when the parts would arrive but said she would call when they do. I took the paperwork and waited for someone to bring my car. When the car appeared it was beyond dirty. Apparently the car was stored outside and between the rain and dust from the new construction, the car was covered with dirt. In order to drive I had to use the wipers/water spray to clean the windshield. Then I had to wash the car myself. No dealership should ever deliver a vehicle in WORST condition than when it was brought in for service. I realize that the dealership did not have their car wash working but there are other options. Obviously the dealership is using some method to clean the cars being offered for sale. Needless to say I will consider other options for service in the future. More
