Windshield Washer Odor Coming Through Vents CANT BREATHE! I would give ZERO if an option! Is anyone having a problem with the strong odor of the windshield washer coming through the vents while driving? I h I would give ZERO if an option! Is anyone having a problem with the strong odor of the windshield washer coming through the vents while driving? I have had to roll the windows down while using just to breath. I almost passed out once! I have brought the 2018 C300 in several times to see what the problem is and they have duplicated the issue but no fix. I cannot drive the car this way but they will not do anything about the issue. They act very casual about it. I am not taken seriously. Maybe because I'm a woman? IMO. I have been dragged through the mud because they have deep pockets. They need to take this car back! More

They told me they have 2 recalls and they have performed recalls.After recalls when I went to pickup my car I got service B1 exceeded message and immediately asked him about the message. He said he needs to do oil change if he does that it will go off and he told me $200 for oil change. In general service they have found missing small part in the SUV they did not even call me to repair don;t know what they did. They have asked me to pay $170 for nothing never experienced this kind of experience. Initial supervisor was good and polite and when I went to pick up I met different supervisor he is rude. More

Amazing service Tom Cola told us he'd handle everything after we purchased our GL 450 over a year ago and he has gone beyond delivering on that promise. For our 2 service visits, he had a car delivered to our home for a loaner and our car was quickly returned upon completion making for a seamless event. We could not be more pleased with our Ray Catena Mercedes Edison experience and Tom Cola in particular. More
Overcharged after5 Business Days of Waiting for Service I own a 2008 ML350 and took it in for service on a Wednesday morning. My initial complaint is that they did not have my car in their system as being p I own a 2008 ML350 and took it in for service on a Wednesday morning. My initial complaint is that they did not have my car in their system as being purchased at Ray Catena Mercedes, which is was. This was a headache on its own as I wasn't able to have a loaner vehicle unless I could prove that my vehicle was purchased there. After going back and forth, I was finally put into their system and granted a loaner. As mentioned, I dropped the vehicle off on a Wednesday and had to contact the service center on Friday to get an update. MY CAR WAS NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT. It sat there for days untouched. I was told that they would have an estimate for me on Saturday morning, which never happened. I finally received an estimate on Tuesday morning when I reached out to contact them yet again. Unbelievable. I declined all of their recommended services but had agreed to pay for Service A and a windshield wiper fluid fix when the car was dropped off. Unfortunately, my car needed Service B, but I was never notified of this either. I was charged $450 for the most basic job. $350 was for labor! They simply cleared the lines for the washer pump and changed the oil. I never felt so disrespected as a customer in my life. PLEASE do not go to this service center, it is poorly run, poorly managed and the communication level is non-existent. They had my car for nearly a week and the service completed was far overpriced. More
