I worked with Derek Fox as my sales representative and Doug Wells as our sales manager. Very relaxing, no pressure sale, and explored all options to meet our needs. Afterwards, we sat down together and narrowed our search to 3 cars. We crunched numbers on whether to purchase or lease. We ended up with a very comfortable lease on a vehicle that matched our needs. The staff took their time with us and showed us how to operate all options that come with the car. I would definetly recommend Ray Catena of Edison and ask for Derrick Fox. What an excellent dealership! This was my first Mercedes Benz, and I can see that not only are the vehicles superior to other brands, but the dealerships and salesmen are as well. I worked with Eli Sasson Benz, and I can see that not only are the vehicles superior to other brands, but the dealerships and salesmen are as well. I worked with Eli Sasson and he is a great guy. He went out of his way to make sure I got to and back from the dealership conveniently, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want to do, and found a pricing plan for me that I simply could not refuse. Deshone Drummond was very helpful. He explained various features of the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing. Since I had a prior engagement and wasn't able to pick up the car, Deshone delivered t features of the vehicle that we were interested in purchasing. My wife and our 3yr old son have been to several dealerships and this dealership treated us like royalty. We went down there, 40 minutes away because they had a CPO. ML350, the one my wife wanted with the premium 2 package . It had only 10k miles on it. When we got there we saw that the hood looked a little to used for our taste (we are very anal about our vehicles). The General Manager, Doug Wells, offered to repaint it but we declined. While still checking out the vehicle Mr. Wells slipped away and returned with a MB die cast car for our tired and impatient son. It made my sons day and allowed us to keep shopping!! Then to make things even better our Sales Rep. Allyson Gutman got him ice cream!!!! Once we got him settled down the two of them did a search of the entire United States and found the car we wanted. They arranged to have it trucked to us from Colorado!!!!! Out of all of the dealerships we went to or spoke with NOT ONE OFFERED TO DO THIS!!! Not to mention they did this after their hours of operation had passed!! When we left the dealership and got in the car my wife turned to me and stated, that was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I ever had, THIS DEALER IS ACES!!!. Top quality, great experience!! I highly recommend!! Mr. Catena you run a class A , quality dealership!! Your employees really care. More
