Bill Ussery Collision Center WOW. These reviews online is why I brought my Tesla to Bill Ussery, but was I wrong. I dropped my car off January 25th, today is March 1st. Let me u WOW. These reviews online is why I brought my Tesla to Bill Ussery, but was I wrong. I dropped my car off January 25th, today is March 1st. Let me update you on what has occurred since then, the parts were ordered in 7 days (excellent) they did not come in for 14 days (not their fault) BUT today is 16 days later and not only have they NOT started working on the vehicle, but they figured no status update was available. I now have to wait another 2 weeks because of their 16 day delay (please note, their supervisor Jeff Johnson, stated this). What did he have to offer for his associates un-professionalism and luck of updates, nothing. When I receive my car I am staying far away from this place and will make sure to UPDATE others to do the same. More
