The entire establishment was clean, organized, and modern. We felt comfortable from the first time we entered the dealer. Communication was shared via email and telephone, which was immediate and thorough. Dan Poist kept in close contact with us through the entire process, from the time we ordered our car, through it's assembly, to delivery. When we picked up the car, Dan was very thorough on the options and features of our ML350. We highly recommend this dealer to all our friends! Thank you for a great experience! More

I had a wonderful experience at Mercedes Benz of Catonsville purchasing my first luxury car. Debbie Powers and Brian Harrigan were professional, honest and dependable. Ms. Powers was exceptional in Catonsville purchasing my first luxury car. Debbie Powers and Brian Harrigan were professional, honest and dependable. Ms. Powers was exceptional in her customer service and she worked hard to make sure I was well informed and satisfied .... I felt just that. I was very impressed with Mr. Harrigan, because, unlike other sales managers that I had met in the past, he was more interested that I was in fact getting the best deal financially and otherwise based on my preferences, so I felt comfortable dealing with him. This was important to me because I hate to feel that people are just interested in making a sale and really do not care about me. I had actually visited another Mercedes Benz dealership on the same day, but was disappointed with their service but after making my initial visit and meeting with Debbie, I told her I would buy the car from her. Great job, Keep up the good work!!! More

I bought my Mazda Miata from Ferd Maloney, and it's been quite a while, but after having such a good experience I wanted to share it. Ferd and I talked over the phone about the car for about a week befo quite a while, but after having such a good experience I wanted to share it. Ferd and I talked over the phone about the car for about a week before I could drive to the dealership, as I live in Northern VA. He gave me accurate information about the vehicles' condition and let me take it on a long test drive and got me a great deal on it, as well as a good value on my possible trade in, although I ended up selling it myself. He was honest and forthright and just a genuinely great salesperson to work with. If you are heading to MB of Catonsville any time soon, I highly recommend asking for Ferd. He will take great care of you. More

After the drive from York Pennsylvania to view a car we found on the internet, we were met by pleasant sales representatives. I would most definitely reccomend this dealarship to anyone I know. They have fair prices and the customer service is almost brotherly. I exchanged emails with Niccolo Brown, concerning the vehicle that I was interested in. Being an out of town buyer, I wanted to make sure the vehicle was still available before I made the 3 hour drive. I vehicle that I was interested in. Being an out of town buyer, I wanted to make sure the vehicle was still available before I made the 3 hour drive. Instead of waiting until the Saturday I had originally told Niccolo. I decided to go that Thursday, when I talked with Ferd Maloney he assured me that the vehicle was still there, and that he will see me when I arrived.From the time I hit the parking lot. Ferd greeted me with a welcoming smile and asked me how was my drive. He backed the car up so that I could see everything the car had to offer. Then he asked me if I had seen the carfax report. I said yes I did when proceeded to show me again. I really did appreciate him showing me the report again, not that I had missed anything, but because it showed me did he really did care. I told Ferd that I was in a hurry, because I wanted to get back on the road.He assured me that they would hurry the car buying process. After signing few documents, Ferd said I'll have to walk you over to our other building to finish signing the remaining documents. He and the other staff there were very attentive, asking we wanted refreshments while we waited. Then I was handed off to Fran King. She was friendly and very easy to talk to.She made sure I understood every document I was signing. Being that I wasn't from the area I asked her about any bbq restaurant in the area. When she began read the rating because she had not been to the one closest to the dealership.The following day I received an email from Niccolo thanking me for my purchase. I don't like the whole car buying process, but I met great people. I would definitely make that drive again for my next purchase. Keep up the great work. More
