Overall my experience was good. The sale person, Fred Pitts was friendly and understood exactly what I wanted in a car. The general sales manager,Vitaly Gurvich was extremely courteous and search around Pitts was friendly and understood exactly what I wanted in a car. They also offered me a good price for my trade and also more than wiiling to earn my business. I can also say that the new car sales manager,Brian Harrigan worked his magic to get my credit approved. There was an issue with how my credit was viewed through the computer but on the actual credit report reflects something different. The only problem that I have is with the finace manager, Fran King. I did not appreciate the attitude and the way she spoke to me. I can understand that it was at the end of the night and she may have been ready to go home but that is no excuse. I also work with customers on a daily basis and you do not go home until the last customer leaves your place of business. If she does not like her profession than she needs to find another profession. Her attitude is a reflection of Mercedes of Catonsville. More

I went into the dealership hoping to walk out with a new Smart Car but didn't expect it to happen. Everything was explained to the tee to me from the intro to what car would BEST suit me, the financing of the vehicle,TEST DRIVING,to signing the paper work.All in all, best experience ever.
