Had my car serviced twice at this dealership, was charged an arm and a leg but the issue never was resolved! They are bunch of incompetent and inefficient! I owned three Mercedes and this one will be my last an arm and a leg but the issue never was resolved! They are bunch of incompetent and inefficient! First and last time at this dealership. Came in for A Service and with issue in the rear right tire (with only 4000 miles) and was told, the right is fine but the rear left has a leak and Came in for A Service and with issue in the rear right tire (with only 4000 miles) and was told, the right is fine but the rear left has a leak and needs a new tire. Rear left was perfectly fine with no issues when I took it in. They just wanted to sell me a new tire for 560 dollars. Can't trust these guys. Makes me wonder how it got a leak after it went to the service bay? Also tried to upsell extras on the service. More
Do not purchase! !! Over the last couple of month I haven't even been able to drive a car l pay over 2000 a month for! the car is a lemon and they won't do anything ab !! Over the last couple of month I haven't even been able to drive a car l pay over 2000 a month for! the car is a lemon and they won't do anything about it! the car is a GT 53 AMG 2022. they arr doing their best not to remedy the issue. The car engine was shutting down after 3000 miles. they couldn't figure out what was wrong! kept handing it back and saying all is well and it would do it again and again. They hooked up a contraption to my car to get the faults that wouldn't store to the car. so that means the car can shut off, check engine or whatever and you'll never know what's wrong with it which is dangerous! now I can't put the car in park by the park button. I have to open the door to put in park. on it's in the shop right now because it shut off in the middle of the beltway due to a fuel pump fault they say. I was almost killed as the car just completely shut down while I was doing 76 on a beltway!!!! And I had my handicapped father in the car too!!!! They told me the car ran out of gas!!! Well why if there gas in the tank according to the dash, I have to record everything because they think I'm lying as the car stores no faults! It's still in the shop and they can't figure out why it says it has gas and Dosent... yup completely dangerous! Now the car as you drive it the fuel gage increases instead of decreases!!!! I can go on and on... needless to say I would do it guys it's not worth the headache or stress or money More
