I must say that in spite of this response, you have failed to remedy the situation. I have tried to call Robert Escobar on three separate occasions (April 11th, April 12th, and April 15th) leaving a message each time. I have yet to receive any response from him. I am very disappointed in this lack of communication and customer service and will be escalating my issue further up the chain.
