Great Job Erik ! Andy (Mou) made the entire car-buying process as pleasant as possible. Even before my arrival at the dealership, Andy was very helpful and reached out, without overdoing it. Upon arrival at the dealership, he was quick to get us settled and immediately showed me to the cars that I was interested in. After picking out my top choice, we came back inside the dealership and worked on the numbers and proceeded with the purchase. Experiences and impressions such as those that Andy provided to us, along with brand loyalty, are key in ensuring that customers come back time and again for future purchases. Andy was knowledgeable and patient, and on top of that, I didn't feel pressured that day. The whole process was unlike any other car-buying experiences I've had in the past. I am beyond glad that I came to Mercedes-Benz of Catonsville and for Andy's help. Ty (Hammonds) made the entire 'financial' portion of the process as painless as possible! Patient, understanding, and helpful, Ty provided above par service in ensuring that I get the best rates possible. Overall, this has been the best car buying experience I've had! This is by far the worse Mercedes benz dealer i been to customer service is really bad specially the service manager he doesn't even know how to approach customers and came to find out the sold me light b customer service is really bad specially the service manager he doesn't even know how to approach customers and came to find out the sold me light bulbs that was not mercedes benz original they wer some cheap brand kind who knows what else they sell that is not OE parts i will never recommend this place not even my worse enemy More

My wife and I live in Penna. We were looking for a BMW 335 Xi in our area. We expanded our search and saw the perfect car in Maryland. We did not want to drive to Maryland, however, our email exchanges an 335 Xi in our area. We expanded our search and saw the perfect car in Maryland. We did not want to drive to Maryland, however, our email exchanges and phone conversation with Girard Wright convinced us that the long trip would be worth it - and it was. We have been in many dealerships during our car buying years, but never have we been treated so well by so many staff. The General Sales Manager was just fantastic. Wesley Peterson was just great. And Mr. Wright made our day and kept me and my wife singing his praises all the way back to PA. Mr. Wright is the reason we came all the way to Maryland.
