Of course, some negotiation took place, and, of course, it took a little bit of time, but I got ABSOLUTELY 100% of what I was aiming at, and without Javad's help that would have been impossible (he did a lot of talking and client representation to the manager). If you are an out of town buyer, don't even consider this dealer. There was literally ZERO follow up. I left messages for the sales manager and they were not returned. It was a surprise to me because during the negotiation, they were very attentive. But the follow up is among the worst I've ever experienced. UPDATE: As aforementioned, my deal fell through. Now, nearly a month later, my down payment has yet to be returned. We have called multiple times. The latest excuse was the person who cut the checks was on vacation. Yes. Apparently Mercedes Benz of Catonsville has only 1 person who is able to sign checks! Avoid this dealer at all costs. I feel like I am dealing with a "tote the note" used car dealer. The level of either incompetence or outright lack of integrity is stunning. More

Rude to my son!!!! I went there today to purchase a CLA .. the salesman was nice.. Although the manager was horrible..my son had a real question about trade.. That's when the manager told my son DO NOT YELL AT ME. I WILL NEVER HAVE A CHILD YELL AT ME.. when I asked the manager to apologize to my son he refused!!
