Satisfied Customer I was in the market for a used car for around $12,000. While looking at cars at a nearby dealership, I decided to swing by to see a Hyundai Sonata at I was in the market for a used car for around $12,000. While looking at cars at a nearby dealership, I decided to swing by to see a Hyundai Sonata at Koons. I was hesitant to go to a Mercedes dealership, since their typical sale is many times what I had to spend, but the car I was interested in was competitively priced and, even if I decided it wasn't what I wanted, I was planning to use the price as leverage with the other dealership. I called ahead to confirm the car was available and Erik was assigned to help me. Unlike other salespeople I'd worked with elsewhere, Erik was friendly, laid back, and never pushy. While he obviously would have liked to sell me the car that day, I wasn't ready to buy without looking more and he was respectful of that. He warned me about some deceptive pricing the nearby dealership used and looked up the VIN on CarFax for their car. When the report had nothing negative to say, he was honest about it. During the following week Erik followed up but was not pushy. He responded to my questions in a timely manor and was willing to use email/text, which many sales people resist but is far more convenient for me. Once I decided to purchase the car, the price we agreed on was the price I paid... no deceptive sales gimmicks. On the day I need to purchase the car I was on a very tight schedule. Erik got paperwork together before I arrived and, although traffic was far worse than I anticipated and I arrived about an hour later than scheduled, the sale went relatively quickly and I made it to the airport just in time for my flight. Though I dislike the car buying process and tend to be distrustful of sales people, Erik made the process easy and never gave me reason not to trust him. I feel like I got a fair price and am satisfied with my purchase thus far. I'd recommend Erik to anybody looking to buy a new car... Mercedes or otherwise. More

Here's why: When I called the dealership Erik Hershan, the salesman, took my call, after I failed to connect by live chat, my failure, not his. I appreciated the direct, no nonsense approach he took when I had him price the car and asked for a certain amount on my trade in. He got me a great price (less than I thought I would have to pay) and a fair amount for my trade in. He didn't "beat around the bush" when I asked for something he couldn't deliver and was quick to agree to the things, or get approval for them, when he thought he could. When it was time to close the deal, there were no hidden surprises in the paper work---all of the numbers lined up the way he said they would. He got me in and out of there in record time because he had all paper work lined up and ready to go when I got there. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything more, even though I was offered additional packages, and he took the time to show me the basic features I needed to understand, and kept the fluff to a minimum because he could tell I really wasn't interested in every minute detail; although, I could tell that he would have give me the full tutorial if I wanted it. Needless to say: I would, and have all ready, recommended Mercedes of Catonsville to a friend. More

Right on time I was driving and my check engine light came on, I pulled over and call Mercedes-Benz of catonsville, the young receptionist was very pleasant when sh I was driving and my check engine light came on, I pulled over and call Mercedes-Benz of catonsville, the young receptionist was very pleasant when she informed me that I could come in right away for someone to assist me. Once I got there the service advisor Steve spoke with me regarding my concerns then he immediately pulled my car in for a diagnostic test to assess the problem. Afterwards they cleaned my car which was a plus. Steve gave me a printout of the problems concerning my car and said he would follow-up with me in a couple of weeks. I was very pleased. More

He listened to what I wanted, didn't try to waste my time, didn't try to sell me what I didn't want, couldn't afford , or didn't want to afford. Ultimately, Dennis put together a great deal with minimal hassle or BS. I was buying a used "off brand" (non-Mercedes) and I was treated the same as if I had been in there to buy a brand new (and much more expensive) Mercedes. He was efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. No nickle and diming me, wanted me to leave happy, and truly put together a good deal, without pressure. I've had some horrible and some decent car buying experiences, but Mercedes Benz of Catonsville, and particularly Dennis Epps, was simply the best. I can't believe I'm taking the time to actually write a review, but if it can help others to use Dennis Epps (and MB of Catonsvillle), then it's worth it. More
Best car buying experience ever! I just bought a new Mercedes from Erik at MB of Catonsville and I love the car. I drove past two closer MB dealerships to get to MB of Catonsville bec I just bought a new Mercedes from Erik at MB of Catonsville and I love the car. I drove past two closer MB dealerships to get to MB of Catonsville because they had better pricing. But working with Erik made that decision even better. Erik is a true professional and made the process quick and easy. They didn't have the exact car that I wanted on the lot, but Erik located the perfect car and had it delivered the next business day. If you're in the market for a great car, great service and a great price see Erik and you won't be sorry. More

In this case, I felt compelled to share my experience with Mercedes Benz of Catonsville and particularly with the salesperson, Erik Hershan. I initially purchased a 2015 C300 but I had originally wanted the C400 but it was not available at the time as that model is hard to come by. Unfortunately, my C300 seats developed an MB Tex "bleeding seat" problem and the part for replacement was on back order for up to two months. Mr. Hershan and the dealership was able to contact Mercedes Benz for them to arrange a trade-in of the C300 to C400 that I had really wanted initially. I believe they went above and beyond and turned what could potentially be a very frustrating experience into a truly exceptional one. This is my first Mercedes Benz and if this is the type of service I am going to receive, I plan to stay with the company and in particular, this dealership, for a long time. More

Please Do your Homework before purchasing a vehicle and know how the dealership has a huge markup on their MSRP. More
Top Notch Service I had been searching for a vehicle for about six months. I came across this vehicle on cars.com and from the time I called to check availability unti I had been searching for a vehicle for about six months. I came across this vehicle on cars.com and from the time I called to check availability until the time I got to MD my experience was very pleasurable. I drove 5 hrs from the Hampton Roads VA area all the way to MD for this vehicle. When I finally arrived the salesman Steve told me 3 people had came to see the vehicle but he turned everyone away being that I was coming so far. He was like my knight and shining armor literally. I test drove the car fell in love instantly and now I have my car. I have never experienced customer service like this. I was in and out in an hour time. I have to give Steve and the entire MB team two thumbs up! . GREAT JOB!!! More
