He was honest took all the time we needed to have our many questions answered. He allowed us to feel comfortable and with no pressure, even though we were the last customer to leave the dealership. We just can't say enough about his kindness and professionalism. We also went to family day and enjoyed everything about that evening. Learned a lot about Mercedes and just how passionate the service and staff personnel are about, not only the cars, but us, the customer and our service. Sleaziest Used Car Sales People I Have Ever Dealt With I agreed to buy a car for $43K over the phone with pre-owned car sales manager Destin Kahl. We made an appointment for me to come in later in the day I agreed to buy a car for $43K over the phone with pre-owned car sales manager Destin Kahl. We made an appointment for me to come in later in the day to sign the paper work and pick up the car. I called my insurance agent and got the insurance coverage. Then Destin Kahl called me a hour later telling me that he sold my car to someone else for $1000 more. I know many used car sales people are sleazy. But at Mercedez Benz dealer, the most senior sales manager of the store, and for just a thousand bucks? It's guys like Destin Kahl that give all used car salesmen a bad name. Look at other reviews on the internet. This is not the first time this jerk has done it. Be careful when you deal with them. I am going to file a complaint against him with the store owner and Mercedes Benz USA. More
