I set up an appointment over the phone 2 weeks in advance to have my oil changed and my breaks looked at. I was told to come in at 8:30a and I should be in and out no problem. Six hours later when I heard nothing back I decided to go back to the shop to see if they were almost finished. Turns out they hadn’t even looked at my vehicle yet. I asked how much longer and the guy shrugged and said “ I dunno, hopefully by the end of the night or tomorrow.” I let him know that I had to go to work and I couldn’t leave it overnight. He said “well, give me a few minutes and I’ll go get it.” I was not rude even though I was upset... I was very polite. I couldn’t believe he did not apologize for the inconvenience or ask if I would like to reschedule. He took his time bringing my vehicle around and then he just left it running in the parking lot and walked back into the building without saying a word. I couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism. I walked back up to him and said if I had known it would be a day or two I would’ve found a new plan. He said he was backed up 4 days worth of cars... I told him that it would be in their best interest to inform the customer of that and not lead them to believe that they could be in and out. I drove an hour and back to be there, waited 6 more hours for nothing, and planned my whole week around this. Very disappointed.. I would not recommend Mercedes in Catonsville,MD to anyone. More

I have to change and downgrade the rates since I am still receiving lease billings even though I did buyout GLC over 8 weeks ago (March 25th). No one in the dealer shop team (financial director, sales manag receiving lease billings even though I did buyout GLC over 8 weeks ago (March 25th). No one in the dealer shop team (financial director, sales manager and sales consultant) is willing to address this issue!! No call back or email at all! This is the mistake your team made and what you have to fix!!! Horrible!!! More
Requested loaner w/ initial appt. Although early, they had none for me. They provided me a ride home. Also no car wash. They claimed both on invoice. Very curt towards me. Mr. Pope assisted me in terminating my lease early without dinging my credit score. I was able to trade in my car and left paying less and getting so much more. I found a car I wanted to test drive on Thursday 4/15 through their website. I clicked the schedule a test drive button on the specific vehicle ad and filled out my info. Within the next 20 minutes I rec through their website. I clicked the schedule a test drive button on the specific vehicle ad and filled out my info. Within the next 20 minutes I received 6 different emails from 4 separate people. I replied to the first individual who sent me stating that I wanted to schedule a test drive for the specific vehicle I saw. No response after a few hours. I then replied to the second person who emailed me. His first and last name did not match the first and last name on the email address which I thought was off but the domain was still the dealership so I figured it was ok. No response after a few hours. Today is 4/19 and I am up to 9 emails from 6 different people. I have replied to 3 of them. The last one I replied to had a title of internet manager, so I am thinking this has to be the one. So far, not a single person has replied to my return emails to schedule a test drive. I got bombarded from what seemed to be every single sales person working when I made the request but no one replied to my responses. I have to believe this some sort of technology issue on their side but wow is it frustrating. Also as a person who runs a sales team for a living, I am frustrated at this customer experience. As a society we are used to purchasing things online, I purchased a home largely using emails to express my interest and schedule time to see it. I am unable to do that here and this is one of the reasons purchasing cars is such a terrible experiance. My suggestion to anyone reading this from the dealership would be as follows. Designate a single person to follow up on eCommerce business and do not send the entire army after a single email. Communicate with your customers in the manner they wish to be communicated with i.e. digitally or phone or in person. Do not offer a service to schedule a test drive on your website if you do not intend for people to use it as such. Finally, solve your tech issue because I can not imagine that you would blatantly ignore responses if you saw them. More
