Rained on the day I had to pick up my car because they won’t let you stay in the loaner after your car was completed. My car was park outside where it had rained. Took the service persons 30 mins to pull car up that was right outside. The detail was just ok. Lots of misleading information on this service. My advisor is great but I walked away still feeling confused a bit. More

Very professional and repairs to the air conditioner was done on time and kept us well informed. Stanley was our service person, and we couldn’t have asked for a better one to deal with. Extremely disappointed. I have been taking my wife's and my vehicle to this location for over a year and have been getting constant professionalism and flawless service from "Gordon". However, I decided to my vehicle to this location for over a year and have been getting constant professionalism and flawless service from "Gordon". However, I decided to schedule a service on Saturday with any adviser available and "Yousef" was appointed to me; that was my worst mistake. Starting off, I was given a call (which I missed) shortly after my vehicle had arrived to this location (via Valet pick-up @ 0930) so I called back and "Johnathan" stated that the call was probably "only" to let me know my vehicle had arrived. However, later I found out the call was to ask me about what repairs needed to be done to this vehicle (this could have been avoided if a voicemail/text was left regarding this as I have done many times with Gordon). Fast forwarding to 1630 hours, I noticed there were no updates to my vehicle's order online, so I called multiple times but no answer. Then I keep going with my day thinking it is still in the works and they are simply busy, so I miss another call, again no voicemail. So I called back again multiple time with no answer (receptionist Debbie can confirm this) to the point that I decided to ask my wife to take me straight to the dealer to find out what is going on and just stop all repairs and get my vehicle. I suddenly find out that the Service Department was already closed, no repairs were done ,and that my vehicle was unable to be given to me until Monday, so I ask for a loaner vehicle since I need to go to work on Monday, but informed i was not possible, so I had to come to work today asking my wife to drop me off and pick me up and still waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and dropped off at home. In conclusion, my vehicle was held at the shop WITHOUT my authorization/consent, no repairs were done during the weekend, no loaner was offered after the fact, and to top it all off, in Yousef's attempt to "remidiate" this situation, I was still being thrown multiple service recommendations to be done (worth $2100) which I find very odd, since none of this recommendations were given to me 6 months ago at my last spark plugs service (which by the way was not even updated on the system and I was still being recommended to replace my spark plugs) at this point with these many RED FLAGS, I have lost all trust and confidence in this dealer and their technicians. Again, the only reason why I trusted this dealer in the first place was because of Gordon's service and work ethic but now that trust and integrity has been shattered by the rest of the team and unfortunately will rather take our business elsewhere. More
Exceptional service extended to me by John Crosman in the service department. John is now my go to service man at this dealership. Pleasant , knowledgeable and called me back when he said he would. It was also a rush job as I was contacted and asked if having it returned to following day would work even though it was dropped off for a 10am appt. I told them no because I had a 730 appt in the a.m. hence requesting a loaner. I was told the video would be reviewed, my calls were not returned until days later just to tell ME to contact the tow truck driver. I was TOLD the video would be reviewed and it wasn't. I used Mercedes Roadside Assistance, paid for my new tires (3+1 deal) and services then they don't want to fess up to the damage nor speak to me. My car didn't get washed either and they tried to send me off with all four of my old tires stacked up in the cargo space and backseat of my car. I expected more from Jackie, her service manager and Mercedes. More
