The valet service is good, but not great. I scheduled a time for them to pick the vehicle up from my house, which is VERY convenient. It was scheduled for 9:30am. They called to confirm the address and time on the day before. On the day of pickup, I called my service advisor 45 minutes after the scheduled time to find out what was going on. It was then that I found out that pickup time had been changed to that afternoon. HIGHLY ANNOYING! It turns out I didn’t have to take the morning off from work after all. Routine maintenance was done at a fair price. They did not change the chattering wiper blades, like I thought they would. I have no idea if they checked the battery, like I asked them to. Overall, the communication from MB Catonsville is less than one would expect from a premium dealer. It feels like the communication I get from my Ford dealer, and not as good as I get from my Audi dealer. More
