Worst customer service ever. We bought a new GLS 450 2022 about 2 years ago. Under warranty still.. so not an issue on getting parts replaced if necessary. Coolant was leaking in We bought a new GLS 450 2022 about 2 years ago. Under warranty still.. so not an issue on getting parts replaced if necessary. Coolant was leaking in October. Took it in and service said nothing was wrong with it. Our neighbor, who builds cars as a hobby and owns a car parts company, looked at it and took a picture of the coolant leaking. We sent the car back with the pictures and they sent it back and said nothing was wrong. Fast forward to New Year's weekend... heading out of town and car breaks down on hway outside of Savannah at night. Wife and 3 kids stranded. Guess what happened... coolant leak. Not shocking to us since we took it to this dealer 2x and showed a picture of the leak. Had the car towed to Savannah. Imagine trying to get a tow truck on Friday night of New Years. The Mercedes in Duluth, the one this review is on, is saying they take no responsibility in this and will not pay to have it towed back to Atlanta. I warn anyone that is using this service department... be careful as they are unethical and unprofessional. We will never use this service department again. For that matter, we will never buy a Mercedes from this dealership again. They used to be family owned and were awesome. Our family has bought a number of cars from them over the past. Unfortunately, the fairly new owners, last couple of years, must be bottom line people only with no morals or ethical sense of direction. Good luck to any of you who continue to use them for servicing! The above said, we did love our experience buying the car. Tony is the best! Going to certainly miss his help and guidance! More
