Had a different Service rep. this time (Tyler) and he was very helpful. Tammy is always a joy to see behind the service desk. She's very friendly, look forward to seeing her. I bought my new station wagon from Jessse and did European Delivery. This was our family's second time to do European Delivery with this dealership. Both times we have had a wonderful experience. Not only did she follow through with us before the sale but was great keeping us informed about customs and when the car would get here. After I got the car the service department needed to check on something and Jesse meet me on a Sunday to give me a loaner car - we live two hours from Atlanta and I was taking my daughter to the airport on Sunday. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. It saved me another trip to Atlanta. If you are looking to get a new Mercedes I would highly recommend Jesse. She is very professional and her follow up is great!! More
