I drive farther than needed and pay a little more than I like (it's a Mercedes dealer, after all!) but it is absolutely worth it. The dealership provides some amazing amenities, like private offices to work in while you wait for service. But the real reason I love this place, have purchased many cars here, and will do so in the future is the quality of the people. I may occasionally even like competitor cars better, but I can't imagine not shopping at Atlanta Classic Cars, so they have me for life. More

I have purchased 3 different cars from ACC im the last 6 years and I haven't encountered a problem yet. The sales staff is fantastic and the service department is even better. I never feel like I'm being bamboozled into a service I don't need and the work is always quality and ready when promised. This last time I dealt with Marcus Huntley and he was great letting me know he was getting a loaner car cleaned for me a shortly thereafter he appeared with the keys, explained the vehicle to me and I drove off no problem. I have been dealing with this dealer for many years and have always received exceptional service whether purchasing a car, havng warranty work done or just required service. In this instance I cracked a tail light on my wifes new 2011 S550 on Friday afternoon. I called Kim (my service rep) at approximately 2:30pm concerning getting it replaced as soon as possible. Kim called me back in approximately 10 minutes advising me Denise in the body shop would be calling me. Approximately 15 minutes later Denise called to inform me they did not have one in stock but she could have it by Monday afternoon plus she also had my cost for the unit installed. I told her to go ahead and she said she would call me when it came in and set up an appointment to install it. On monday afternoon I spoke with Denise and we set up an appointment for 8:30am on Tuesday ( she said they could do it anytime but I like early mornings). I was there at approximately 8:15 and Denise had some one working on it immediately. It was completed by 8:40am and Denise also had the car washed so I was out of there by 9am or shortly thereafter. I also went to see Kim (my CSR) because I could not get my cell phone to program on my wifes car. Kim personally set up the bluetooth to work with my phone. Can't beat that More
