What an experience - starting with the planning, Jesse was the key fulfilled a life time dream to take European Delivery of my 2010 E Class Mercedes! What an experience - starting with the planning, Jesse was the key to our successful experience. She was knowlegable, proactive, patient and paistakingly thorough. The delivery was executed just as Jesse planned it and she planned it to our exact specifications. A last minute change to our travel plans did not deter Jesse. She immediately and effectively communicated with Stuttgart and confirmed the change. Bottom line - Atlanta Classic Cars and Jesse are the experts at European Delivery. Had a different Service rep. this time (Tyler) and he was very helpful. Tammy is always a joy to see behind the service desk. She's very friendly, look forward to seeing her. I bought my new station wagon from Jessse and did European Delivery. This was our family's second time to do European Delivery with this dealership. Both times we have had a wonderful experience. We cannot say enough about Jesse and how great she was to work with. Not only did she follow through with us before the sale but was great keeping us informed about customs and when the car would get here. After I got the car the service department needed to check on something and Jesse meet me on a Sunday to give me a loaner car - we live two hours from Atlanta and I was taking my daughter to the airport on Sunday. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. It saved me another trip to Atlanta. If you are looking to get a new Mercedes I would highly recommend Jesse. She is very professional and her follow up is great!! More

I had finalized a car with her for the european delivery and she had asked me to come with a check on a particular day (evening); I went with the check and she had already left the dealership; The next day, and she had asked me to come with a check on a particular day (evening); I went with the check and she had already left the dealership; The next day, she had kept a message (without any oppologies) saying that she was ok if I wanted to change the appointment time!! I was appalled and went to another dealership. I tried to get the same car for european delivery, but she kept an hold on the car making sure that I don't get it. More

I recently brought my C300 up to for a car wash, having to drop it off while I ran some errands with a friend. Not only was my car ready and looking amazing, but Tyler was there to greet me, as always to h to drop it off while I ran some errands with a friend. I truly enjoy my experience every time I visit Tyler at Atlantic Classic Cars. He is such a ray of light and always has a smile on his face. I have never been one to look forward in taking my car into service or getting it washed. It’s always been a “chore” for me, but bringing it to ACC and seeing Tyler and what a great young man he is, well it makes my experience always a joy.
