Tyler is by far the best representative I've had. He is always cheerful, keeps me completely informed as things progress, and goes the extra mile. For instance, when my Extra Care representative was giving me the run-around on a flat tire gone bad (they used the wrong lug nuts and damaged the flange) Tyler intervened and had the matter quickly resolved. Every time I come in the paperwork is already prepared so I can minimize my time at the dealership. He makes good suggestions, and although I know many times he's "up-selling" it never appears that way. I believe he has my best interests at heart. If I could steal him away for my own business, I would! More
What a delightful experience I had when servicing my SL500 on Thursday 08/25/11. I was taking the car on the road and needed tires and also needed to check a problem with the car's pick up. As I sat down, Tyler Black was very inquisitive about what I thought was going on with my car and was very responsive to my needs. He promptly emailed me a full recommendation sheet with what the awesome mechanic, Quentin Wynn, ascertained. Some of the items were even under warranty! Proactive Service not Reactive!!! Wow how good is that! They made sure I had a checklist of what was needed to be done in the future to keep my MB in tip top shape. You Go Boys! I'm a single female so I have now taken on both Tyler & Quentin as my "Merc Benz Husbands" knowing they won't lead me astray (or try to divorce me)! I know I will always get an HONEST answer as to what I need to have done. NO extras. NO sugar coatings. I received professional quality service and the best pricing. Trust me I did my comparison shopping and have been around the MB dealer's service area circuit. That Quentin knows his way around a Mercedes Benz and will make sure the integrity of the car is not compromised. I LIKE THAT! Hats off for a job well done to both Tyler Black and Quentin Wynn. They made what is usually for me a stressful experience into a pleasant adventure. This will be a long lasting business relationship between the three of us. Initially, I took my car in to have the airmatic repaired. While in, the service team recommended other work to be done but I declined. The blue team service manager--Kim Cates-did a great job of repaired. While in, the service team recommended other work to be done but I declined. The blue team service manager--Kim Cates-did a great job of keeping me abreast of what was going on and, after phoning me to tell me my car was ready, she sent me an email to let me know what had been completed along with the cost. In the same email, the recommendations were listed; they, too, had costs associated. Armed with this GREAT information, I made the decision to have the recommended work done as well. When I called Kim about my decision, she worked me in and I didn't have to make another appointment which would have been an inconvenience. Although I was a bit indecisive on some things, Kim was very sure of the processes and procedures. Any phone message I left, she returned the calls promptly. I was going to purchase a car at this dealership for my company and one of the important parts of the deal to me was service. I asked a direct question regarding maintenance and service cost to the sales company and one of the important parts of the deal to me was service. I asked a direct question regarding maintenance and service cost to the sales rep Steve O. and was told that the mercedes is a great vehicle and only needs a tune up at 100K miles. I was surprised because I know that all cars have recommended service intervals. When I followed up with an e-mail and asked again about the service and the cost, he gave me the Service A and B and the costs and thanked me for my interest in Mercedes and if I needed anything to give him a call. That was 5/28 and he has not made a single follow up call regarding my interest in buying a car. Since I was given false information on my first visit and no follow up, I bought my Mercedes elsewhere. **Update** 6/21/2011 I had a very nice call from the owner of the dealership after this review was posted. She was very kind and sincerely interested in my experience and offered some incentives in the area of service to prove that my sales experience was an isolated incident. I was impressed with the conversation I had with her. Since this dealership is the closest to my house, I will give them a try. More
I was very unhappy with the pressure from the Salesman. He continued to push for us to drive the vehicle before I had even sat in the car.
