She is a total professional and a complete pleasure to deal with. She took care of everything that I requested of her and she responded to my requests with immediate concern and care, and resolved all of the problems with both vehicles. One phone call, that's all it took to get everything handled. Kim is beyond courteous and mega efficient. She does what shes says she is going to do, when she says that it will be done. Solid platimum! That is the way I would describe her. The entire experience in dealing with this dealership and this service writer is beyond outstanding and should be held up as an example for other dealerships, not just Mercedes dealerships, but all dealerships to follow.
