We (my husband and I) made an appointment twice previously, and had to cancel because something came up. Needless to say, when we finally got to the dealership, Mr. Day was still as eager to assist. He was professional and very courteous. We test drove 2 cars, and I made my purchase. The process was totally "Stress Free". Best experience with a car purchase ever! More

However we soon learned that getting an after market trailer hitch would be a compromise from a factory one. After a long and unfruitful search we were unable to find a similar car with a hitch and decided to custom order exactly what we wanted and our former salesman showed little interest. Having never ordered a car ever I looked for a knowledgeable sales person and found Jesse's detailed GLC300 REVIEW at BenzBlogger.Com. From the moment we sat down we knew we were in good hands. She handled the very detailed order of our "unicorn" (one of a kind) car with aplomb. Due to certain "shortages" it was a very hard combination to find but Jesse was undaunted and after ordering in summer we finally received delivery the first week in January. The whole time we were kept abreast of the progress with timely emails. When the delivery day arrived she even sent us a video of it coming off the truck. Used car was problem prone and cost me big money for repairs Purchased a 2010 Nissan GTR with 37117 miles on it two months after the purchase the transmission went out and Nissan wanted 18000 dollars to replace Purchased a 2010 Nissan GTR with 37117 miles on it two months after the purchase the transmission went out and Nissan wanted 18000 dollars to replace it as they don't repair them. The Stereo in the car was also defective. This car cost me so much time and money it amazing to me how a dealer that suppose to be so great with the brand they carry would sale this car knowing of all the issues and history. I had to pay a repair shop over 5000.00 to repair the car to the point where it could be driven. I also found out later that the car had been involved in an accident that the dealer never disclosed. I am still trying to get my gap insurance refund from them. I will never deal with this dealership or the Mercedes or Nissan brand again. Don't trust them dishonest people for sure. More

He personally brought over the car I was interested in to my office and once I made the decision that I wanted the car, he delivered it to my house with all the paperwork in tow! How convenient was that? You can't ask for better service than that. I was almost embarrassed for such great service since I didn't buy a high end Mercedes. I highly recommend Mr. Yoon and I will more than likely buy another car from him! More
