I had normal service performed, yet had to return immediately after picking up vehicle due to lack of power. could not maintain speed on hill. Had to leave car over weekend. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to return vehicle after ‘problem’ fix. It took weeks to schedule appt. And there was no offer of loaner with the latest debacle. The service dates: 6/17/21 -Check Engine Light, 2/9/2023: normal service. All employees I found to be pleasant, helpful and knowledgable. However, I’m losing confidence in the quality of work. As an aside, I am in the market for a new vehicle and although I expect a 2023 vehicle will not have these kinds of problems, I still wanted to share my concerns Re: quality of service. More
The service department here is the WORST I have ever dealt with. I grew up in auto repair shops, so I know how a service department should work! The first time I took my car in, they LOST MY VEHICLE for over two weeks! I tried to chock it up to a fluke so I just had it in again. The Service Advisor - Oscar - took over two weeks (with me chasing every other day) to refuse to give me an estimate for something that was diagnosed on the first visit. I was told I need to pay an additional $1200 for a diagnostic! I will NEVER take my car to this service department ever again. More
