We were searching for a new Metris in October of 2020. After checking several dealerships, we managed to connect with Arni from MB of Tacoma. We drove from Portland on a Saturday and met with Arni who had a used Metris ready for us to test drive. There was no new ones in stock - in any dealership at that time. However Arni was able to place us on a list for a new Metris. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things very well to us. He was able to provide us with answers on questions we had. Happy to say we finally received our new Metris a couple of weeks ago. Arni was most efficient and walked us through the paperwork. His after sales service/communication was prompt. All in all we had a very good experience in this dealership, including the service department. We had to bring our Metris in due to a small problem. Randy from the service department was able to rectify the problem in a very pro active manner. Everyone we encountered so far has been very pleasant and it made it worth driving all the way from Portland to purchase our Metris! More

It’s either been super difficult to get ahold of the department or not even get a call back. It made us consider trading our cars in to a different dealership and never get a Mercedes again.
