Bad communication Payed 230 for a diagnostic for them to tell me I need to pay 7000 for my car to get running again that is more then a whole engine took me 7 days to g Payed 230 for a diagnostic for them to tell me I need to pay 7000 for my car to get running again that is more then a whole engine took me 7 days to get my car back because my agent forgot to call and tell me that so I asked them if she could see how much it would be to trade in my car said she call me right back that never happen 3 days later I call and see tells me the trade in is only 500 for a 2013 Mercedes with less then 60 thousand miles on it this will definitely be the last one I ever own More

Following a terrible car accident that totaled my car of 11 years, I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a new car. Mercedes are trusted, safe vehicles so I headed first to Mercedes of SEATTLE where I PURCHASED a BRAND NEW gle 350 which then I NEVER received! A WEEK after purchase + $15K cash gone + bank statements for a car loan already arriving at my house, I still HAD NO CAR. 'Didn't pass inspection, blah, blah.' With ZERO miles on it. Suffice to say, life was going from bad to worse in a hurry. Then I found Chris Lee at Mercedes of Tacoma. Or better put, he found me. And what a HUGE sigh of relief that was. Chris was the anecdote to the experiences I had had previously. He was responsive, kind, helpful, available at all hours, and generous. He and the team at Mercedes of Tacoma were wonderful! They made the process sooo easy. Within 24 hours of first contact I was actually driving home in my new GLE 350 which is even better than the one I had first chosen in Seattle. There is NO question in my mind that I will always return to Tacoma to purchase a car. It is a little farther of a commute but sooooo worth the peace of mind. More
