Love that they look up and greet you when you come in. Other dealers don’t make eye contact, this one did. I like the refreshments in the waiting area. When I got back in my car after my annual service, the 'change the battery in your key' message came on. I went in and told him and he immediately just changed the battery and sent me on my way.
