Nice gesture to put me in a new Sprinter to buzz off in Didn't like the new van at all. The power steering, power brakes were to sensitive and the shifting lever is a joke and so is the gas gauge. The work was completed without any issues and I was on my way within an hour and a half. James kept me informed on the progress and updated me on the overall condition of my car indicating areas I needed to be aware of for future service. He was very helpful and understanding when I said I'd return at a later date to address the other suggested services. I do have one area for comment... I had a scheduled appointment at 11:00 am, not the rush hour part of the day. It wasn't easy to find the entrance for your service area, not well marked. When I did locate and park, no one greeted me at my car, so I went inside and waited to be helped. I waited a good ten minutes before anyone even acknowledged that I was there and asked if I needed help. Another gentleman came in around the same time and he also commented "They must be understaffed again!" Once I was acknowledged I was helped right away and everything went smoothly from there. More
