Good experience buying special order Mercedes I first called Larson after my local Mercedes dealer showed little interest in selling us a vehicle that needed to be ordered. Wanted a $2,500 deposi I first called Larson after my local Mercedes dealer showed little interest in selling us a vehicle that needed to be ordered. Wanted a $2,500 deposit which we thought was a bit high for a 4 month wait. Larson agreed to a much more reasonable deposit and showed genuine interest in getting the order done efficiently and accurately. I received follow up calls / emails on a regular basis. The closing of the transaction had no surprises. More

My service adviser was knowledgeable and experienced, Monica. One thing to change: A dealership's phone should always be answered by a live person, not voice mail which is overused here. Your service should be at the customer''s convenience not at the employee discretion for an easier day for them. The loaner car, which is standard for your dealerships as kind of a test drive for an upgrade, was a A220, this car is an embarrassment to your corporation, it's a ridiculous car, especially the LED lights and the brand insignia light coming from the door to the ground. The bouncy suspension and the weak jerky unresponsive transmission is unusual for MBZ cars. Evidently "4Matic" means a cheap transmission. My 10 year old C350 out-performs the A220 in every way, which is a solid quick responsive car, and I have had over 40 cars, and the C350 is my favorite, even over my 3 Jaguars. More

This service center is always clean and bright, with food items and drinks, and comfortable sitting areas. The people are very professional and friendly. My only complaint is the television in the waiting ar items and drinks, and comfortable sitting areas. The people are very professional and friendly. My only complaint is the television in the waiting area is always tuned to Fox News so we find somewhere else to sit. I don’t see the need to have politics of Fox News or others, being our entertainment while we wait. Otherwise, I would give them 5 stars. This is not the fault of our service person. More
