I'd like to offer high praise to Jennifer Paulman. She was the service advisor for my Sprinter 3500 based motor home that needed a new torque converter and transmission. She helped to make a rather expensive and significant repair job into a relatively benign and routine job that was finished on time and within the cost estimates.
