Advisor Michael Robert’s was great. He went above and beyond to get our service done and to show us some extra features on our car that we were unaware of. My complaints are beyond Michael’s control: —The service charge for using credit card is outside of common practice in this era of “no contact payment”. Other dealers only take CCs without any service charge. —I was quoted $200 for brake fluid replacement and $450 for B service, but the final bill was $772 with all the hidden charges and service fee for CC. I find that deceptive. —while waiting, I asked for a bottle of water, which is common to every dealer I have been to. I was given a plastic glass of water and ice, and the staff person (who also handles money), picked up a straw with her bare hands and punch punched it through the lid. How did Iknow she didn’t just cough into her hand. In this era of COVID, I obviously threw it away. —I was quoted 3 hours for the service time, but it was closer to 5 hours. I left my house in Gig Harbor at noon, and got home at 6pm. I was told the B service can only be done in the afternoon. Why wouldn’t you schedule these long appointments in the morning? That give more customers more options. —My last complaint is obvious: I tried to correct to correct the several typos above, but your website won’t let me go back and do so.
