There was delayed communication as to when my SL550 was ready to be picked up. And when I picked it up, the car was dirty and dusty as it was parked near a construction area. So I was surprised that it was as dirty as it was in the inside as well. For the almost $2500, I spent on service, I was hoping that they also at least vacuum the inside for there was so much dust. The sales person is unprofessional at all. Never answer phone call after delivering the car. Even the car has problems.
