I brought my car in for an A service and my appointment was at 730. I ended up being there for over 4 hours. When I watched my car drive out of service, they came and told me they were taking it for a test was at 730. I ended up being there for over 4 hours. When I watched my car drive out of service, they came and told me they were taking it for a test drive and then wash it. That took almost an hour! If your services are going to take that long then maybe you guys should give a loaner. I bought my car in Bellingham brand new and you still couldn't figure out if I had the prepaid service and then they kept telling me that the vehicles VIN # had the prepaid but it usually doesn't transfer over...I had to tell multiple people that I bought it BRAND NEW! I was super disappointed in how the morning went and was not expecting it from a luxury dealership like yourselves. More

Michael Roberts was extremely helpful and willing to listen and note the problems that I am having with my car that is only 18 months old.
