Drove 2 plus hrs to drop off motorhome, 2 plus hrs back home, I called when they said it would be done and they didn't work on it at all, the said they needed an update to computer in order to work on the home, I called when they said it would be done and they didn't work on it at all, the said they needed an update to computer in order to work on the other parts,( a Mercedes recall).
