My service provider, Michael?, did excellent work by ensuring my vehicle was properly serviced and cleaned. He also stepped in to finish drying the vehicle because the person responsible failed to do ensuring my vehicle was properly serviced and cleaned. I would have given this service a 5-Star but shortage of personnel at your facility contributed to a longer wait time than anticipated. Additionally, pricing for parts and labor is still too high. Absolutely terrible sales experience. I had told them when I walked in the door that I had to wait for some stock sales to clear and that timeframe can vary. Sales guy called/texted/emailed nearly daily when I walked in the door that I had to wait for some stock sales to clear and that timeframe can vary. The day brought in the cashiers check, for $63k, the first thing out of the sales guys mouth was, “ you got the check?” Felt like a drug deal. During the timeframe of waiting for funds to hit my account, the car I purchased was still up on the internet as if it was still for sale. It had a price drop to nearly what I paid when sales guy had said, “I’m surprised my manager was willing to go this low.” The sales manager eventually responded with some BS saying, “you got a good deal and we were busy!” LOL. You’d get better treatment at Tom, Dick, and Harry’s Auto Sales on Pac Highway. These fools are shady as hel* take your business elsewhere! More
