Chris went far beyond the call of duty. I own a 2002 VW Eurovan Weekender. My ignition switch stripped out and I was stranded at Winco Shopping Center on a Friday night. I called for a tow truck, then I called Lithia VW to let them know I was coming. No one answered and my call was forwarded to Nissan. I was lucky Chris picked up the line. He volunteered to come to my rescue and stayed with me trying to get my van started in the pouring rain. Even after the tow truck brought my vehicle to Lithia VW, Chris followed and gave me a ride home from there (the tow truck driver said no). I got a new ignition switch the following Wednesday to the tune of over $400. The following Friday, the newly-installed ignition locked up trying to leave work in Ashland. I waited for a tow truck to come from Medford because the truck they had in Ashland wouldn't work for my van because it was locked in park (couldn't get it into neutral). While waiting for tow truck, I called Chris again to see if he would rescue me again (tow truck wouldn't give me a ride home and no one at Lithia VW would wait for me to come with my van from Ashland). Chris waited for me at VW and gave me a ride home after dropping off my van, yet again! Now VW says I need a whole new ignition module and they want another almost $400! I will go on DealerRater again to rate the VW shop. I said "No" above that I would not recommend this Nissan dealership because I usually don't recommend anything to my acquaintances. But I will go talk with Chris when I am ready to purchase another vehicle and unload this falling-apart Volkswagen. More

My wife and I came in after she discovered a used car she was interested in online. She loved the car and we recieved financing on the spot. I casually mentioned that I would be looking for a truck in the near future, something cheap. After a few hints I suggested maybe they could run my credit which has been on the mend... I was told that I would qualify for what ended up to be more than I thought. Rather than push the max they showed me only their inventory that I expressed interest in. We expanded to their other Lithia locations online as well. I remarked that one day I would like to get a newer 3/4 ton Duramax crew cab with shorter bed. They just so happened to have one and I looked at it. It was more money than I stated or expected to be interested in- but was the truck I have always dreamed of owning. My wife said I should go for it. I thought I needed more time to rebuild my credit, so I calmly stated that I would buy it if they could get me financed. I recieved the good news that I was approved, and quickly! I was pleased to pay a fair price, my wife too, we did our research on values and it was in line. Carfax reports were good, and testimony that a dealer like Lithia doesn't waste its time peddling junk. They had a range of vehicles at their stores to choose from and the banks to make it happen. I really appreciated the straightforward, no pressure sales help of Ryan and Justin. More

Ryan Berlandi was great to work with. I had also worked with Justin Berlandi but Justin wasn't there when I showed up, so I concluded the purchase of my new Nissan Versa 2012 with Ryan. Ryan really knows t with Justin Berlandi but Justin wasn't there when I showed up, so I concluded the purchase of my new Nissan Versa 2012 with Ryan. Ryan really knows the cars he sells which was very helpful. Apparently Nissan doesn't offer dealerships a lot of room for vehicle price differences, therefore I paid more than I wanted but did get the car I wanted. The dealership and everyone I had contact with was great. I was able to get oil change for life on the car thrown in to the deal. Ryan, Thanks again. More
