I was wanting to trade in our Mustang and Jeep, for one car.I needed to reduce our car payments. I was so happy and relieved. I had to call my husband in off the road(he is a truck driver) so he could sign the pappers.This cost us money. I called the next morning to let them know we were on our way.At this time I was informed the deal did NOT go through. I was very upset.This was a huge waste of time for my husband.A week later I recieved a call from Chris at the Nissan dealership in Medford,asking if I still had the Jeep.(he saw it advertised on graigs list)He said he might be able to help with the deal I was trying to make.After my last experience I really didn't want to put myself threw anymore stress.After thinking about our situation, I agreed to meet with Chris.When I arrived in town and realised he worked at a Lithia dealership I almost turned around and left.I am very happy I didn't. Chris did everything he promised. He was very enjoyable to work with.It was a completly different experience.The management was awsome.By the end of the day I left in my new to me car.I was still worried something was going to Go wrong. But it didn't. I just want to thank all the nice people that made this deal happen.Sherri Martindale P.S. I love my new Mustang More
Skeeter, Jim and their whole service team have always been great to us. They always treat us like " friends and family " and do their best to get quality service for us in a timely manner and always wi been great to us. They go above and beyond in their service ! Everyone on their service team is great . I was in the other morning waiting for my ride back home with their van driver while my car was being serviced and Robert Sacks, the Lithia Nissan manager, walked by and asked if I was being taken care of. I have a 2005 Nissan Titan 4x4 King Cab with 157,000 miles of service. Since it hit the 100,000 mile mark, I had been taking it for service at local service centers but not authorized Nissan Service Cen miles of service. Since it hit the 100,000 mile mark, I had been taking it for service at local service centers but not authorized Nissan Service Centers. I knew the vehicle needed work but wasn't sure exactly what. I live in Yreka some 54 miles from Medford and knew I would have to leave the vehicle as it also had a recall notice that needed attention. I called and scheduled the appointment with Skeeter and when I arrived was greeted cordially by Jim Juhl, who patiently listened while I re-explained my needs. He listened attentively to every word, made recommendations as to the level of diagnostic/service needed and made arrangements with Enterprise to come pick me up and rent a car. Later that day, Jim called me to give a break down on what had been found and what needed to be done. Not surprisingly there were some major items that needed to be addressed after 157,000 miles (most of it in the High Sierra and Mojave Desert) and the estimate exceeded my budget, but Jim worked with the service crew and determined those items that HAD to be done and shaved the price down to a more budget-friendly figure...still steep but I never expected a free lunch. The service took 2 days, and when I came to pick up the vehicle I couldn't recognize it as it had been washed and detailed to perfection...no small feat as I have two Australian Cattle Dogs that ride everywhere with me and there was at least 10 pounds of dog hair accumulated in the vehicle that had been meticulously removed! I was extremely pleased with the overall encounter at Lithia Nissan. Not only did they do the work requested, they did it in an extremely caring, friendly and courteous way and went above and beyond what I had expected from the service experience. I would recommend them to anyone needing service and was impressed enough that I have no reservations in making the 100 mile + commute on a regular basis for continued routine servicing of my vehicle. I live in Yreka, CA, where there are two new car dealers, both "good old boys". I bought a new Chevy S10 here in 1992 and within a month the paint was peeling off. When I took it back they treated me like a stray dog, ran me off. A while later I was with a friend in Medford, OR, who knew someone at Lithia Nissan and wanted to say hi. We went in and I wasn't planning on buying a new car, but they gave me a great price on a used '92 Pathfinder. I love that car so much, the best ride I've ever had. Now I needed a new car and went back to Lithia Nissan. I called one evening about two cars they had on the Internet. The next day a salesman [James Humphries] came to Yreka to pick me up and I drove home in my new car. I would never buy another car in Yreka from these jerkks who think working single women aren't worth their while. Now I am retired, I will be 70 years old in a few short months.I would recommend Lithia Nissan to anyone who likes good service, reasonable prices and outstanding cars that will run forever and wonderful people. My Pathfinder has less than 89k miles on it and it now is going to my grandson who is happier than anyone else in the world. He is 20, lives in Fresno and rides his bicycle 11 miles each way to work and back. Give these people at Lithia Nissa gold stars and raises all the way around. They're fantastic!!! The sales manager, Dan Oquist, and finance person, Andy Westlake were both very professional and pleasant to work with. We left with a great car and feel we were treated fairly when it came to the price of the car and value of the trade. Thank you! More
