My experience was great. We took a 1994 Infinity for a checkup and returned with the 2006 Infinity after loosing our brakes later the same day. Being from out of town, what could have been a devastating e checkup and returned with the 2006 Infinity after loosing our brakes later the same day. Being from out of town, what could have been a devastating experience resulted in a very happy customer. He was able to diagnose our break problem and call us at our hotel with a report and a estimate. He assured us our 1994 was safe for our trip home. He offered to order the parts needed for the repair on Monday and expedite them to Medford so repairs could be accomplished ASAP. I thought that was excellent service but told him we could return whenever it was convienient. It is at least a five hour drive roundtrip to the dealership. We found Jim to be honest and extremely focused on Customer Service. We will make sure all future repairs will be done at Lithia Nissan for both of our cars. He did not charge us for the checkup on the 1994 Infinity since they found nothing wrong. One of our local (Brookings) mechanics had misdiagnosed our problem to the tune of $3000.00. He broke the starter for one thing and we had a build up of carbon on the valves instead of faulty injectors. We won't make that mistake again. Mr Juhl is a real asset to Lithia Nissan. I came to buy a new Maxima, which I have been looking at for 2-3 years, and finally decided to buy. The only questions were if I would find something I liked better (I looked at Acura TL's, BMW's, Infiniti for 2-3 years, and finally decided to buy. The only questions were if I would find something I liked better (I looked at Acura TL's, BMW's, Infiniti's, etc.) or from who I would buy a Maxima and if I would want to go brand new or buy new model used. I just walked onto the lot and Brian Johnsen was the one that ended up helping me and doing a test drive in the car I'd been wanting for a while. I instantly decided that IF I did end up buying from this dealership, Brian was my guy. He was very easy to get to know and he expressed interest in knowing me as well. He then didn't make me feel silly or like a bother when I emailed/called him over several days asking questions about different options and prices with my new car, which I still had never even said for sure I was going to buy. When I finally came in to buy and sign all the paperwork, I was happy to find that I had an enjoyable experience with Brian yet again. I also enjoyed talking to both Brent (Sales Manager) and Andy Westlake (Finance Manager). I really appreciated how they were all very "real" people and never made the situation uncomfortable which I know can often happen when discussing those quantities of money. So overall, I was extremely satisfied and will most definitely be telling friends, family, peers at work, etc. about the way I felt in buying a car here. I buy a car and own it for a long long time, so in my limited experiences with car dealerships this has no doubt been the best. I am a sales manager myself in another industry, and would love to have every one of my sales people act the way that Brian conducts himself. Thanks again for a great experience! More

I just purchased a used 2010 Nissan Versa from Brian and I was surprised at how easy the transaction was as well as how friendly and knowledgeable Brian was about the car buying process. I do not regret go I was surprised at how easy the transaction was as well as how friendly and knowledgeable Brian was about the car buying process. I do not regret going to this dealership one bit, especially because there was no pressure whatsoever. Brian, by far, is the most friendly car salesman I have ever dealt with. I've had some horrible car buying experiences, this one was the nicest, less pressured Purchase that I've EVER been through !! I didn't think I'd get financing for a New Car since my credit is not perfect and I was upside down in my Trade, but they worked it out, got me a good interest rate that made the purchase possible, and made it more of an enjoyable experience than it has ever been before !! They even got me as many discounts and rebates as possible to help make it happen with an Awesome warranty too ! ~ Thank You Brian, Andy, and Jesse for making this Experience Enjoyable ~ I Love my New Versa !! I had the best experience Ive ever had purchasing a car. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. The Service Department at Lithia Nissan of Medford is outstanding to say the least! The service staff is very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable,and they perform great service. I trust the service department staff at Lithia Nissan with my vehicle and will NOT take my Xterra to another shop. Sometimes as a female, it can be a little intimidating taking your vehicle in for repairs or service. The staff is extremely friendly and customer oriented. I will not go anywhere else! The entire SERVICE DEPARTMENT is amazing! I had my oil changed yesterday and I actually looked forward to it! More

Justin was/is a gentleman lots of knowledge and extremely helpful. If I were to purchase another car I would deal with Justin. Knowledgeable and not pushy, can’t stand pushy.
