Ryan was great to work with and certainly has the knowledge of the Nissan line of cars. After a wonderful test drive of the Altima, he was not able to locate the SL model in Lithia's inventory. Jim was a great help. When I brought in my "dated" car I was concerned what the results might have been. You know the story, bring it in for an oil change and $600.00 later you get out of the "dated" car I was concerned what the results might have been. I did receive a call and he did let me know that additional work was recommended. Here is the key difference, he took the time to go through each of the items on the list and really analyzed what was a saftey issue, and what could wait until later. If it weren't for Jim I likley would have spent a lot more than i needed to. I now have piece of mind driving down the street knowing my car wont explode and also knowing what service i will need in the future.
