I am from out of town and had my radiator start to lose fluid and my truck over heated. I had to have it towed in to the dealership. not knowing what was wrong, I expected the worst. when the tech. looked fluid and my truck over heated. I had to have it towed in to the dealership. not knowing what was wrong, I expected the worst. when the tech. looked it over he found that I needed a new radiator. Jacob was able to get me a new radiator for a fair price and waved the inspection fee and reduced the price of the installation fee. With these fees being waved and having my truck washed and out the door in two hours, I consider this going above and beyond great service. More

I had a great experience at Lithia Nissan, 600 N. Central in Medford, Oregon. I took my 1988 Dodge Dakota in for a oil change plus service. Bob Miller and Skeeter Ramirez (the service writer) gave me excep in Medford, Oregon. I took my 1988 Dodge Dakota in for a oil change plus service. Bob Miller and Skeeter Ramirez (the service writer) gave me exceptional attention. Not only did they handle all the details, but made sure I was treated fairly and at a reasonable rate for service rendered. The mechanic checked the total truck out and gave recommendations of work that may need to be done. They seem to care about my needs and safety of operation of said truck. I also have a Chevrolet SSR which I have serviced at this facility. I am over protective of my SSR and will not allow many people to work on, However under Bob Miller's watchful eyes, I completely have faith to leave the SSR there. Skeeter and the store manager out right blamed me for a faulty part on my brand new Nissan. When they investigated further they discovered the part was put installed wrong at the factory.
