I am returning to new condition a '74 Datsun 260Z and have needed many, many parts during the two years I have been working on the project. John has always greeted me with a helpful smile and is ready to track down the hardest to find parts, including researching via microfiche when necessary. Most of these parts are still available directly from Nissan and John has been instrumental helping me find and receive these parts. Forget the online auction sites, the "specialty" restoration sites, Lithia Nissan is and will continue to be my first choice for all my Datsun/Nissan restoration parts. John goes above and beyond in more ways than my 260Z project.. I have needed parts for my Subaru daily driver and John is always ready to assist in sourcing parts from a Subaru dealer in Lithia's vast dealer network. Normally these Subaru parts are available within one to two business days maximum. I highly recommend John and Lithia Nissan parts for any and all of your parts needs regardless of the make and model of your vehicle. Lithia should endeavor to replicate the attention to customer service that is practiced by John and his team at Lithia Nissan Parts and ensure it is adopted company wide. My wife test-drove it and even got a rental of the same model while waiting on Insurance. We were ready to buy; however, Toyota was unable to get us the car we wanted with the specific features we wanted. We wanted Convenience Package but did not want the Premium Audio or the Leather. The dealers I delt with were all nice they just couldn't help. Next we tried Honda - first bad thing there was that I got 3 calls from their sales rep(s) within 3 hours... I still went in... I loved the way the car drove - it made me realize that the Camry did not drive very well. However they had the same issue in that to get what I wanted inside, I had to get leather which I did not want. The "infotainment" section was also ugly - the two screens one really high up was just not convenient. Nissan/Mitchell When we stopped at Nissan we immediately looked at the Altima. It would be a possible upgrade/replacement to the Sentra that we used to have. The base model was not to my liking as the center screen was tiny and unattractive. That being said I let Mitchell know what I wanted, and what I didn't want in the car and within the week we touched base and he had the perfect car that just came in (5 miles on it). Mitchell came in on his day off at 4pm to test drive the car with me - we went out of town to pick up my wife to let her test drive it before coming back. I then worked through Mitchell to get a decent price on the car. Mitchell was great throughout. While I did not feel that I got the best price possible (my wife didn't want me to walk out at 9pm and told me to just get the car) I felt that the experience was pleasant thanks to Mitchell. The 'manager' that kept coming back with new prices could have listened to me more and not tried so many games - but I understand that is part of buying a new car! I would recommend Mitchell, and Nissan, to anyone looking for a new car. In the class of car that the Altima fits in it was the best bang for the buck and we were able to get what we wanted, without the stuff we didn't want. More

I appreciate the great service John has given me in acquiring needed parts for my fleet of Z-Cars. Some of the older type parts were not easy to find, but John always came up with them for me. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Mitchell was very gracious both times I came back and test drove the care. I had to make sure it fit all the children. I was a first-time buyer who had no credit and no idea what to expect. I had rough guidelines of what I wanted in a car; under 100k miles, a small automatic car, less than 10k for the sticker price, payme what to expect. Mitchell helped me find a 2011 Chevy Aveo that met all of those qualifications. I also test drove a Cobalt, and decided it was not right for me. Mitchell had suggested I try it, but did not try to pressure me into getting it, despite it being more expensive. He was easily able to answer all the questions I had about the car and did everything with an enthusiastic attitude. I was worried my lack of a credit score would be a huge obstacle, but Mitchell and his sales manager Andy helped me negotiate a deal with a bank that felt reasonable and within my limits. I felt like I was in way over my head initially, but they explained everything to me as the process went along, and everything worked out in the end. Having always relied on unreliable Craigslist cars before, I am truly happy to have given the dealership approach a chance. I now have a great vehicle that I can rely on at a price I can live with. I recommend Lithia Nissan and Mitchell, and I know that I'll be going there when the time comes to trade in my car for something newer and better. More
