This was seriously the greatest experience buying a car we have ever encountered! My fiancé and I had a car that broke down and within 3 days after, Lithia Nissan worked with our credit issues and accepted we have ever encountered! Brian was amazing and kept in contact with us making sure we were getting a great deal on a vehicle we would be proud to own. Andy was great explaining to us all of the stipulations and expectations, he even took the extra step to talk to us about what our credit score meant and how exactly we should take steps to bring it up! Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable on all of our concerns and inquiries. Since we bought our car we have been doing nothing but singing praise about Lithia Nissan of Medford! Great customer service from Jacob Mayes. I only had one big issue that caused the lower overall rating. I had about $1,500 of service done to my Xterra. Within just a few miles of driving away from the d big issue that caused the lower overall rating. I had about $1,500 of service done to my Xterra. Within just a few miles of driving away from the dealership, my service engine light went on and an alarm sounded in the vehicle. I had just stopped at a grocery store and had coolers full of frozen goods in the back, otherwise I would have brought it right back. After so much work being done on the vehicle, I was disappointed to see that service light almost immediately come on. I called Mayes and he said they would be happy to have me come back and take care of the problem for me. That was very good news. I live over 80 miles away and it will be a few weeks before I can get my vehicle back in, but I look forward to them fixing it. Thanks! More

I had some idea what I wanted but wasn't 100% sure. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the sales associate (Mitchell Hartung) and was made to feel at ease right away. I let him know not only what I wanted but also what I did NOT want which helped narrow down my search by quite a bit. Mitchell was patient enough to show me a wide variety of choices in the categories I preferred. He knew plenty about each one I looked at and took the time to really listen to my questions and concerns. Had he not shown me the variety he did, I would have most likely left with nothing but he really excelled in finding exactly the right car for my needs. I chose a Nissan Cube. Unfortunately the dealership did not have a manual transmission on the lot which is what I was looking for. Mitchell took the time to find just what I wanted and ultimately found what I was looking for at another dealership. He arranged to have the car brought to me which was above and beyond my expectations. My new car was delivered to me in a timely manner and was everything I hoped for and more. Thanks to Mitchell Hartung and Andy Westlake my car purchase was smooth from the minute I walked in, to working out a financial arrangement that best suited my budget, and to finally driving my new car home. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car from an exquisitely friendly and genuine team of experts! More

The car drives almost as smoothly as Brian's sales pitch. His low-key demeanor and helpful attitude turned me into a Nissan owner in just a couple of days. Initially I called and spoke to Ken regarding my Altima and made an appointment for the next day. Ken was very nice on the phone. Once Ken was able to look at the car, Jacob called me and filled me in on what needed done to fix the problem. Once I returned and my car was fixed, Jacob went above and beyond in explaining the situation to me. He was able to put me at ease and made sure that I knew what all of the charges were for. Ken fixed the car. All in all, I think Lithia Nissan's service department is one of the friendliest businesses that I deal with. I worked with Garrett on my first visit. He was very friendly and listened to what I wanted I wanted a sedan and instead of showing me the most expensive models, he showed me the least expensive model b friendly and listened to what I wanted I wanted a sedan and instead of showing me the most expensive models, he showed me the least expensive model but it still had everything I asked for. As a first time buyer, I really appreciated that he showed me the perfect car that was a better price than I had even hoped for instead of trying to sell me top of line. When I came back, I worked with Mitch who was equally knowledgeable and helpful. Neither he nor Garrett pressured me to buy like other dealers did, so I felt very comfortable with both of them. Mitch helped me work out a deal with better pricing and payments than I thought was possible! My husband is in the military and currently deployed, so I was doing all of it on my own. Dick Heimann (one of the founders of Lithia!) and Brent worked with Nissan directly for financing so my husband's name would be on the title and the loan since credit unions wouldn't accept Power of Attorney but Nissan would. It was a huge relief. I worked with Andy for financing. I appreciated that he explained the warrenties and referred me to an insurance company who is able to give me much better coverage for a much lower price than I'm paying now. Overall, I has a fantastic buying experience at Lithia Nissan - great, friendly service, no-pressure sales, and they worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone who is car shopping! More
My vehicles needs changed, so I strolled onto Lithia Nissan of Medford's lot. I was looking at a 2013 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab 4x4. Chris Smallwood, one of their salesman, approached me with a smile and a handshake. Instead of immediately starting in on me and pressuring me to buy or test drive, he took the time to just have a friendly conversation as I was looking at the 2013 Frontier. This put me at ease as obviously, most consumers are tense enough walking onto a car lot. I then told him what I was trying to do, ie: payments, why I now needed a 4x4 truck with four doors. He knew the vehicle wasn't going to fit my ideal goals as I was on a budget. He took me over to a 2012 model, same options, brand new still, just last years' model. It carried a $5,500 discount on it!! Although this exceeded my budget a little, he said his staff was very good at accommodating their customers. He wasn't lying. That's when the manager, Jesse Cirina came to talk to me. He really worked hard adding value to my trade-in to get the numbers closer. He then worked with finance manager, Andy Westlake, and must have called at least 5-6 banks trying to find me the best rate and term. Their hard work paid off!! Then POP! They not only met my budget, but came in lower than I expected and included a lifetime oil change deal. What a great dealership, great staff!! I would strongly recommend Lithia Nissan of Medford to anyone, especially to those who have had bad experiences elsewhere.
