Jesse gave me a very fair price for my trade in and my purchase of another car was a great price too! He was very reasonable, friendly, and gave me good advice. Jim was soooo helpful. I walked into Lithia Nissan a few weeks ago and spoke with Tony DeVaughn about my interest in a 370Z, he was very accommodating and answered all my questions and took my contact information. Tony only called me when there was pertinent information regarding a 370Z, and I really appreciated that he was not pushy or just out to sell me anything. That went a long way with me as my phone had been ringing all week with other sales people from other dealerships putting pressure on me and taking up my time with only their interests in mind. Tony knew what I wanted, and when a big 2013 models sale was on, he contacted me and let me know. We test drove a 2013 Midnight Blue 370Z, I had expressed to Tony that I was looking for a silver or gray one and he did not push me to buy the blue one, but rather offered to find a silver or gray one. He then explained the touring package, and amenities that the Blue Z had, and the rebates on the sale, we then discussed trade in value of my car, and Tony came back with $500 over what I said I was expecting to get. By this time the Midnight Blue color was growing on me some, and the sale and trade in were making it a very attractive deal, so we shook hands and I bought the car, and I DO really love the blue color now...it is a beautiful color on that car! I can guarantee I would have walked away, and kept looking elsewhere if Tony had not been so accommodating and easy to work with. When it came time for the financials, Andy Westlake was very accommodating as well. Since this was a cash deal, it wasn't a very complicated one, but I needed to get a cashiers check the following day to pay for the car. Andy made sure I was able to drive off the lot in the Z that night by allowing a small down payment from my credit card, and let me bring the check in the next day. I was out of his office and on the road in my new car in less than a half hour, and in and out in 15 minutes the next day after delivering the check. The guys at Lithia Nissan really took care of me, and did not waste my time, or try to sell me anything I did not want. I was very pleased from start to finish, and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Thanks again Tony and Andy for being friendly, helpful and professional. I stopped in to see what the versa note had to offer to me. I was not going to buy yet. After test driving the car, Tessa, sat down with me and asked if I minded if she ran some numbers just to see where w me. I was not going to buy yet. To my surprise the got me more car for just a little over what I wanted to spend, but the car had so many options I had wanted but thought I could not afford, I WAS WRONG. They beat the interest rating by 3.5%, and got my payments lower than I was willing to pay by 25$ (with the oil change warranty.) I am very impressed with Tessa's care and listening. I did not feel I was being pushed as hard as I expected a car seller to be! More
I had a good friend who had a great experience at Lithia Nissan of Medford and he had purchased a Nissan Rogue. I thought it was a versatile and pretty slick vehicle, but didn't give much thought beyond tha Nissan of Medford and he had purchased a Nissan Rogue. I thought it was a versatile and pretty slick vehicle, but didn't give much thought beyond that. Until I had to trade out of my vehicle with high mileage and repairs due soon. My friend had a good experience, and I had worked with this dealership to promote non-profit agencies on a community effort the year before, so I started with them and didn't have to go elsewhere. The Rogue turned out to be the perfect match for my family/business needs, the vehicle I wanted was on the lot waiting for me, and I drove it off that day. Have the lifetime service plan and just had my first oil and filter change. I'll be riding the Rogue for years to come. More
