In May 2013 I purchased a used truck from Lithia Nissan. I have taken my truck back multiple times for service and Jacob Mayes has provided excellent customer service. Mayes is always honest and never tries to sell me something that I don't need like most dealerships. Today we went to take the truck in for service and decided to look around the lot. We were contacted by Chris Smallwood while looking at the new Altimas. Smallwood was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. There was no questions unanswered. Brent Waler provided me a "too good to pass up" deal. They were understanding of my needs and payment range. In the past deanships have held a lot of pressure and I have never experienced that with Lithia Nissan. Finance Manager Andy Westlake has helped with financing both of my vehicles. Every time he makes sure the payment is right where I want it and has got me lower than expected interest rates. I HIGHLY recommend Lithia Nissan to anyone. More

I am not a person who enjoys this type of shopping because of the usual pressure of car sales people. I find it is not a pleasant experience, so I avoid it as long as possible. My husband is little more tolerant than I. When we entered this showroom we were met by a pleasant gentlemen, Tito Valenzuela. We explained what we wanted, and he didnt try to sell us something else, or suggest we should reconsider our choice. He found just exactly what we asked for. He was friendly and we were relaxed and not on edge. He then turned us over to another team member, Tony DeVaughn, who took us for a test drive. Tony then explained all about the new car and took the time to show us each bell and whistle and how it worked. This was greatly appreciated. Jesse Cirina, the Sales Manager, then determined the worth of our trade in. We discussed it and when we were satisfied with this transaction, Andy Westlake, the Financial Manager, took over. Andy made the paperwork as painfree as possible. Again, no abrasive pressure from anyone so far. We came back the next day with our checkbook and paid for the car. During all of this activity, I found I was not even annoyed (and I usually am). Everyone was so friendly and helpful that I have actually recommended this dealership to a friend. We had been shopping for a Nissan Altima online and new what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. We visited Lithia Nissan because of a promotion that we found online. We met Tony Devaughn on the lot and he showed us the car we were looking for and took us for a test drive. We were never pushed to look at anything other than what we came to look at. The whole buying experience was great. Tony is very knowledge about the product he is representing and very helpful with orienting us to the product features. I would highly recommend Tony Devaughn for anyone looking to purchase a Nissan. More
